B2G2 – Buy 2, Get 2 Free - Participating Products Promotion

 

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the B2G2 – Buy 2, Get 2 Free – Participating Products Offer organized by Farmacias de Similares TX LLC dba Dr. Simi (the “Sponsor”), a company operating e-commerce sales through its official U.S. online storefront at drsimi.com.

 

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from May 4, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. (Central Time) until officially terminated by the Sponsor. Termination notice will be posted online or through the applicable promotional channels at least five (5) business days in advance (the “Promotional Period”). The Promotion is offered exclusively through drsimi.com for online purchases shipped within the United States.

 

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal regulations, including those relating to consumer protection, e-commerce, and promotional advertising.

 

1. Promotion Details

This campaign offers customers the opportunity to receive two (2) qualifying participating products free of charge when purchasing two (2) qualifying participating products in a single online transaction on drsimi.com, excluding any product or service eligible for reimbursement by insurers, PBMs, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other healthcare payor.

The B2G2 – Buy 2, Get 2 Free – Participating Products Offer applies only to the participating products identified in Exhibit A – List of Participating Products.

The B2G2 – Buy 2, Get 2 Free benefit does not apply to restricted or reimbursable items or any product prohibited under federal anti-inducement healthcare rules.

Customers must add four (4) qualifying participating products to the online cart in a single order for the Promotion to apply. The promotion is automatically applied at checkout once the system detects four (4) qualifying participating products in the same order. Two (2) of the qualifying participating products will automatically appear as complimentary in the online cart and on the customer’s receipt. No coupon, registration, or additional action is required.

The Promotion applies only to the participating products available for sale during the Promotional Period and appearing in Exhibit A, which forms an integral and enforceable part of these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Eligibility

This offer is open to customers who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of purchase.

Participation is limited to individual consumers and does not extend to wholesalers, distributors, or resellers.

The offer is valid only during the designated Promotional Period or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Purchases must be made directly at drsimi.com. Each customer may redeem up to 30 pieces per transaction, ensuring fair access to all consumers.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, cancel an order, or deny participation if irregularities are detected — including but not limited to fraudulent behavior, abusive purchasing patterns, automated purchasing bots, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the Promotion.

 

3. Conditions

This Promotion may not be combined with any other discount, coupon, loyalty benefit, promotion, or marketing incentive unless expressly authorized by the Sponsor.

The availability of the qualifying participating products is strictly subject to the inventory available online at the time of purchase. If any qualifying participating product is out of stock, the Promotion will not apply to such item. No substitutions, replacements, vouchers, equivalent benefits, or post-purchase adjustments will be offered. The Sponsor does not guarantee the continuous availability of any participating product during the Promotional Period.

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, in whole or in part, due to operational circumstances, stock limitations, system outages, cybersecurity incidents, or external factors such as regulatory changes, force majeure events, or supply chain disruptions. Any such modifications will take effect immediately and without prior notice but will not affect customers who have already completed qualifying purchases.

Any modification to this Promotion will apply only prospectively and will not affect customers who have already completed qualifying purchases prior to the effective date of the modification.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit any statutory consumer rights under applicable U.S. federal or Texas law.

Images or product representations used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely reflect the actual packaging or configuration of the items offered.

The B2G2 – Buy 2, Get 2 Free benefit applies only when adding four (4) qualifying participating products to the online cart in a single order and receiving two (2) qualifying participating products free of charge. The Promotion excludes any product eligible for reimbursement by insurers, PBMs, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other health payor.

 

4. Disclaimer

This Promotion is intended strictly for retail consumer purchases. Products obtained under this offer are not for resale or redistribution, and the Sponsor reserves the right to take appropriate legal or commercial action if misuse is detected.

All participating products are dietary supplements and comply with applicable U.S. labeling, packaging, and marketing regulations. 5. Governing Law

This Promotion and any related disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal regulations, particularly those concerning advertising practices, consumer protection, e-commerce, and promotional integrity.

Any dispute or claim arising in connection with this campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Harris County, Texas, except where otherwise required by consumer protection law.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Harris County, Texas before pursuing litigation. If mediation is unsuccessful, any action shall be brought before the courts of Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
