Refund Policy
In-Store Purchases Only
Notice: This Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made at Similandia physical retail locations. The Similandia website does not sell products or services online. This policy is provided on this website for informational and reference purposes only and does not apply to online transactions.

The Establishment is owned and operated by Farmacias de Similares CA LLC dba Similandia, a California limited liability company.
Farmacias de Similares CA LLC dba Similandia (hereinafter referred to as “Similandia”, “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) only accepts returns of products for the following instances:
● Products with a manufacturing defect
● Products damaged prior to purchase
● Incorrect items provided to the customer at the time of sale; or
● Expired or near-expiration products were detected and reported at the time of purchase (where applicable). A product is considered “near-expiration” if the remaining shelf life at the time of delivery is:
• less than 90 days for vitamins and dietary supplements
• less than 60 days for cosmetic or personal care products.
Products with shelf life above these thresholds are not considered near-expiration.
This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Similandia Establishment Terms of Use and applies exclusively to purchases made at Similandia physical retail locations. This policy does not apply to online purchases or transactions conducted through third-party platforms.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Refund Policy is made available online solely for informational purposes and does not govern any online transactions.
Most new, unopened products purchased in our Establishment that fall within the instances mentioned above may be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and subject to verification of the return eligibility criteria described herein, provided that the customer presents the original receipt. Refunds will be issued only to the same method of payment used for the purchase.
Items will be accepted for return only if the product is in its original condition, without signs of use, alteration, tampering, or damage. Products must be in their original packaging, with labels and all accessories, in a condition suitable for resale. Discounted or promotional, clearance, or gift-with-purchase products may not be eligible for return. All returned products will be inspected before approval for a refund or exchange.
Similandia does not accept returns for the following instances:
● Change of mind or customer dissatisfaction;
● Products that have been opened, altered, used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer;
● Promotional or clearance items (unless there is a verifiable defect);
● Purchases made with gift cards; or
● Due to health, hygiene and safety concerns, certain healthcare items, sexual health products, baby products, supplements, and personal care products cannot be returned, even if unopened, except where required by applicable law.
1. Return Process:
To request a return, please follow the instructions below:
1. Contact Us: Send an email to customerservice@drsimi.com or call customer service at +1 855-280-1079.
2. Return Request, providing the following information to the Establishment staff:
● Full name and proof of purchase (receipt or transaction record);
● Original purchase receipt;
● Reason for the return; and
● Product showing the defect or condition of the item.
3. Review and Approval: Similandia will review the returned item within 3 to 5 business days and will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected. Once received, the product will be inspected to confirm it meets return requirements
4. Notice Requirement: Customers must notify us of any defective, incorrect, or near-expiration product within five (5) calendar days of delivery. Claims received after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Establishment Product Return: If the return is approved for a product that has a manufacturing defect or that was delivered in damaged condition, the item may be returned at no additional cost to the customer when the defect or damage is attributable to Similandia or the manufacturer.
6. Refund or Exchange: Where a product defect or fulfillment error is confirmed, we will first offer a replacement product at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available or appropriate, a refund may be issued to the original form of payment. For credit and debit card payments, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or card provider.
Consumer Protection Notice
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights that consumers may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws. If any provision of this Policy conflicts with such laws, the applicable law will prevail to the extent required.

Similandia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these policies, and it may change these return policies at its discretion. The refund policy in place on the customer’s date of purchase is applicable to that purchase.
Printed or posted versions of this Refund Policy available within the Establishment shall constitute the controlling version for in-store purchases.
