These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the Buy 2, Get 1 Free – Mix & Match Offer organized by Farmacias de Similares TX LLC dba Dr. Simi (the “Sponsor”), a company operating e-commerce sales through its official U.S. online storefront at drsimi.com.

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid through March 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Promotional Period”), unless earlier terminated by the Sponsor. The Promotion is offered exclusively through drsimi.com for online purchases shipped within the United States.

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal regulations, including those relating to consumer protection, e-commerce, and promotional advertising.

1. Promotion Details

This campaign offers customers the opportunity to receive one (1) complimentary product when purchasing any two (2) qualifying products in a single online transaction on drsimi.com, excluding any product or service eligible for reimbursement by insurers, PBMs, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other healthcare payor.

The Buy 2, Get 1 Free benefit applies on a mix and match basis among participating products identified in Exhibit A – List of Participating Products.

The complimentary item will be the lowest-priced qualifying product among the three (3) selected items.

The Buy 2, Get 1 Free benefit does not apply to restricted or reimbursable items or any product prohibited under federal anti-inducement healthcare rules.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout once the system detects three (3) qualifying items in the same order. No coupon, registration, or additional action is required.

The Promotion applies only to items available for sale during the Promotional Period and appearing in Exhibit A, which forms an integral and enforceable part of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

This offer is open to customers who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of purchase.

Participation is limited to individual consumers and does not extend to wholesalers, distributors, or resellers.

The offer is valid only during the Promotional Period or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Purchases must be made directly at drsimi.com. Each customer may redeem up to 30 units per transaction, ensuring fair access to all consumers.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, cancel an order, or deny participation if irregularities are detected — including but not limited to fraudulent behavior, abusive purchasing patterns, automated purchasing bots, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the Promotion.

3. Conditions

This promotional offer may not be combined with any other discount, coupon, loyalty benefit, or marketing incentive.

Availability may vary depending on inventory and logistics. The Sponsor makes reasonable efforts to keep eligible products in stock but does not guarantee uninterrupted supply.

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, in whole or in part, due to operational circumstances, stock limitations, system outages, cybersecurity incidents, regulatory changes, force majeure events, or supply chain disruptions. Such modifications will take effect immediately and without prior notice but will not affect customers who have already completed qualifying purchases.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit any statutory consumer rights under applicable U.S. federal or Texas law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Harris County, Texas. If mediation is unsuccessful, any action shall be brought before the courts of Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
