This website is owned and operated by Farmacias de Similares TX LLC dba Dr. Simi, a Texas limited liability company.
Farmacias de Similares TX LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) accepts returns of products under the conditions described below. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or waive any non-waivable consumer rights applicable under federal or state law. The Company accepts returns of product for the following instances:
● Products with a manufacturing defect;
● Products damaged during shipping;
● Wrong item received (incorrect or incomplete order) by customer; or
● Expired or near-expiration products upon receipt of shipment (where applicable).
For purposes of this Policy, “near-expiration” means:
(a) OTC products and dietary supplements: a product having fewer than ninety (90) days remaining before its expiration date (or best-by date, if applicable) at the time of delivery; and
(b) Beauty products: a product having fewer than sixty (60) days remaining before its expiration date (or best-by date, if applicable) at the time of delivery.
Most new, unopened products purchased from drsimi.com that fall within the instances listed above may be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, if accompanied by the order number or receipt. This 30-day period is the return window; however, customers must notify Customer Service within the applicable notice deadlines set forth in this Policy (including Section 4). Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used for the order.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting Customer Service. If your cancellation request is received before shipment and we can stop fulfillment, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment and will be governed by this Refund Policy.
Items will be accepted for return only if the product is in its original condition, without signs of use, alteration, tampering, or damage. Products must be in their original packaging, with labels and all accessories, in a condition suitable for resale. Discounted or promotional products may not be eligible for return. All returned products will be inspected before approval for a refund or exchange.
Dr. Simi does not accept returns for the following instances:
● Change of mind or customer dissatisfaction;
● Products that have been opened, altered, used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer;
● Promotional or clearance items (unless there is a verifiable defect);
Purchases made with gift cards (refunds for eligible returned items purchased with gift cards will be issued as store credit or reissued gift card value); or
Due to health, safety, and regulatory handling requirements, certain health care items, sexual health items, baby products, and personal care products may not be eligible for return once shipped, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified defect, damage, or nonconformity.
1. Return Process:
To request a return, please follow the instructions below:
1. Contact Us: Send an email to customerservice@drsimi.com or call customer service at +1 855-280-1079.
2. Submit a Return Request, including the following information:
● Full name;
● Order number and receipt (or other proof of purchase)
● Reason for the return; and
Photographic evidence of the product including the original packaging and labels, clearly showing the reason for the return (e.g., defect, damage, incorrect item, or expiration/best-by date, if applicable).
3. Review and Approval: Dr. Simi will review the request within 3 to 5 business days and notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Replacement or Refund for Defective, Damaged, or Expired Products.
For products reported as (a) having a manufacturing defect, (b) expired or near-expiration upon receipt (where applicable), or (c) wrong item received (incorrect or incomplete order), customers must contact Customer Service within five (5) calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographs and the information listed in the Return Request section. For products damaged during shipping, customers must contact Customer Service within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery to support carrier-claim timelines.
Upon verification, Dr. Simi may offer a replacement as the primary remedy. If replacement is unavailable, impracticable, or does not resolve the issue, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. This provision is intended to provide a commercially reasonable remedy consistent with applicable law.
5. Delivery Claims; Lost, Misdelivered, or Stolen Packages.
If tracking information or carrier records indicate that an order was delivered, but the customer reports that the order was not received, was delivered to an incorrect address, or was stolen after delivery, the customer must contact Customer Service within five (5) calendar days of the reported delivery date and provide all information reasonably requested by Dr. Simi, including the order number, shipping address, delivery confirmation, photographs or screenshots, and any other relevant information.
Dr. Simi will review these claims on a case-by-case basis. A delivery confirmation, tracking record, photograph, or other carrier delivery evidence may be considered proof of delivery; however, Dr. Simi may, in its discretion and as a customer service accommodation, offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or other commercially reasonable resolution depending on the facts of the case.
For orders marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, but reported by the customer as not received, Dr. Simi may offer a refund or replacement for a first eligible claim, subject to verification and internal review. If a replacement would result in disproportionate shipping or operational costs, Dr. Simi may elect to issue a refund instead.
For orders delivered to an incorrect address due to an error by Dr. Simi, its fulfillment provider, or the carrier, Dr. Simi may offer a refund or replacement after verification. If the order was shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout, or to an address later confirmed by the customer, Dr. Simi will not be responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
For packages confirmed as delivered to the correct shipping address but reported as stolen after delivery, Dr. Simi is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery. However, Dr. Simi may, in its discretion, offer a one-time courtesy refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the customer’s order history, the value of the order, the available delivery evidence, and other relevant circumstances.
Beginning with the customer’s third delivery-related claim, including claims involving non-receipt, miss delivery, theft after delivery, missing packages, or similar delivery issues, the claim will be subject to additional internal review before any refund, replacement, or store credit is approved. Dr. Simi may request additional information, require address verification, limit available remedies, deny the claim, or impose additional shipping requirements for future orders, including signature confirmation or other delivery safeguards, where commercially reasonable and permitted by applicable law.
Dr. Simi reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, store credits, or other accommodations where the claim is unsupported, inconsistent with delivery records, submitted outside the applicable notice period, involves an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or appears to involve abuse, misuse, fraud, or repeated delivery-related claims.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable federal or state law.
6. Product Shipment / Return Shipping. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. For manufacturing defects, shipping damage, expired or near-expiration products, or other verified nonconformity, the Company will provide a prepaid return label where return of the product is required. In all other approved return instances, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If your return is approved and return of the product is required, you must ship the product within ten (10) calendar days of the approval notice (or of the date the prepaid label is issued, whichever is later). If the product is not shipped within that timeframe, the return authorization may be cancelled.
7. Product Inspection: Once received, the product will be inspected to confirm it meets return requirements.
8. Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. For credit and debit card payments, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or card provider. For incorrect or incomplete orders (wrong item received), Dr. Simi may, in its discretion, either reship the correct product or process a refund as appropriate based on the circumstances.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a verified Company error (e.g., wrong item shipped), verified manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, or where required by applicable law. We do not charge restocking fees.
The Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and take reasonable steps to prevent fraud, misuse, abuse of refund rights, or repeated unsupported delivery-related claims, consistent with applicable law and our Terms of Use. Customers are encouraged to contact Customer Service before initiating a payment dispute so that Dr. Simi may review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a commercially reasonable resolution.
9. Address Verification; If we need to verify or confirm your shipping address before shipping an order—whether because (i) you request an address change or (ii) our systems require verification—and we do not receive confirmation within ten (10) calendar days from our first request, we may cancel the order and, when applicable under this Refund Policy, issue a refund to the original payment method. Please see our Terms of Use for additional details.
2. Subscriptions.
Subscription purchasing options are not currently available. If we introduce subscriptions in the future, returns and cancellations for subscription orders will be governed by separate subscription terms and any applicable refund policy presented at the time of enrollment.

Dr. Simi reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the express conditions set forth in this Policy, consistent with applicable federal and state law. The refund policy in place on the customer’s date of purchase is applicable to that purchase.
