These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional activity conducted by Farmacias de Similares TX LLC, doing business as Dr. Simi USA (“Organizer”), in connection with the opportunity to receive one of five (5) individual VIP passes to the Casa México Watch Party LA scheduled to take place on June 18, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in Los Angeles, California.

This activity is available only through the official social media post published by Organizer. To participate, users must comment “TQM Simi” on the applicable post.

The first five (5) eligible participants who correctly comment “TQM Simi” will each receive one (1) individual VIP pass, subject to verification, availability, venue capacity, access requirements, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Passes will be assigned strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the chronological order of valid comments as shown on the applicable social media platform.

This activity is not a raffle, lottery, sweepstakes, contest, game of chance, or random drawing. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate or receive a pass.

Participation is limited to one (1) pass per person. Duplicate entries, fake accounts, automated entries, fraudulent activity, or any conduct intended to manipulate the activity may result in disqualification at Organizer’s sole reasonable discretion. If a participant is disqualified or cannot be contacted, Organizer may offer the pass to the next eligible participant.

VIP passes are personal, complimentary, non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, products, services, or any other benefit. Each pass only provides access to the specified event and remains subject to the rules, policies, capacity limits, security protocols, admission requirements, and operational decisions of Casa México, the venue, and/or the event organizers.

Participants are solely responsible for all costs and expenses related to attending the event, including transportation, parking, food, beverages, accommodations, and any other personal expenses, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Organizer.

Organizer may contact selected participants through direct message or another platform communication method to request the minimum information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and coordinate delivery or confirmation of the VIP pass. Any information collected will be used solely for purposes of administering this activity and coordinating access to the event, subject to Organizer’s applicable privacy practices.

Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this activity, in whole or in part, if the event is cancelled, postponed, modified, or if circumstances beyond Organizer’s reasonable control affect the availability of the passes or the proper administration of the activity, including platform errors, technical failures, venue restrictions, safety concerns, or operational changes.

This activity is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform on which it may be published. By participating, users release such platforms from any responsibility or liability related to this activity.

This activity does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, authorization, or official association with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any soccer federation, league, team, player, or related entity. No official marks, logos, names, or protected event properties may be used unless expressly authorized in writing by the applicable rights holder.

By participating, each user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
