Email Sign-Up 10% Off Coupon

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the email sign-up 10% off coupon (the “Promotion”) offered by Farmacias de Similares TX LLC dba Dr. Simi (the “Sponsor”) through its U.S. online storefront at drsimi.com. By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and to drsimi.com’s general e-commerce policies.

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from November 24, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. (Central Time) and will remain in effect until officially terminated by the Sponsor. Notice of termination will be posted on drsimi.com at least three (3) business days in advance.

The Promotion is offered exclusively through drsimi.com for online purchases shipped within the United States.

1. Promotion Details

The Promotion consists of a single-use coupon that provides a 10% discount on the merchandise subtotal of an eligible order placed on drsimi.com. The coupon is generally applicable sitewide to eligible products, before taxes, shipping, and handling. The coupon has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged.

2. Eligibility and Redemption

The offer is available only to customers who sign up for Dr. Simi’s email list with a valid email address and receive the coupon code directly from the Sponsor. Unless otherwise stated, the coupon is intended for the customer’s first order after sign-up. Limit one coupon per email address and per customer. To redeem the discount, the coupon code must be entered at checkout on drsimi.com before completing payment. The Promotion is intended for individual consumers; wholesalers, distributors, and resellers are not eligible.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

The coupon may not be combined with other coupons, discounts, promotions, loyalty rewards, or marketing incentives unless expressly allowed by the Sponsor. Certain items may be excluded where required by law or regulation, including but not limited to prescription products, reimbursable items, and gift cards. If an order purchased with the coupon is returned in whole or in part, any refund will be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer, excluding the value of the discount, which will not be reissued.

4. Duration, Modification, and Misuse

The Promotion will remain in effect as described above and may be modified or suspended by the Sponsor at any time, including in cases of error, fraud, abuse, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control. The Sponsor may cancel or refuse to honor the Promotion in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion, including email addresses, will be handled in accordance with drsimi.com’s Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. and Texas privacy laws. Customers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email or by contacting customer service at customerservice@drsimi.com.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Where permitted by law, any dispute arising from this Promotion shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Harris County, Texas.
