These Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) apply to the “Simi Giveaway – February 2026” (the “Giveaway”) organized by Farmacias de Similares TX LLC dba Dr. Simi USA (the “Sponsor”), a company operating e-commerce sale through its official U.S. online storefront at drsimi.com, with its principal U.S. office at 800 Brazos St., Suite 260, Austin, TX 78701. 

This Giveaway is conducted exclusively through Instagram and is subject to the terms below. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 

The Giveaway begins on February 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. CT and ends on February 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device. 

Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. 

To enter, during the Giveaway Period, an eligible participant must: 

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. 

Use of automated methods, bots, fake accounts, or spam entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification. 

Five (5) winners will be selected. 

Each winner will receive one (1) Giveaway Bundle, consisting of the following items: 

No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if a product is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. 

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. 

The random selection will be performed by Sponsor’s marketing team. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official Sponsor account. 

Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. 

Prizes will be shipped only to addresses within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). Winners are responsible for providing a valid U.S. shipping address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments. 

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and giveaway-related content for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and Instagram and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize. 

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. 

Any personal information collected will be used solely to administer the Giveaway and deliver prizes, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on drsimi.com. 

This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute shall be brought in the competent courts located in Harris County, Texas, except where otherwise required by law.
