These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the Mix & Match 3×2 (Free Product) promotion organized by Farmacias de Similares TX LLC dba Dr. Simi (the “Sponsor”), a company operating e-commerce sale through its official U.S. online storefront at drsimi.com.

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from November 14, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. (Central Time) and will remain in effect until officially terminated by the Sponsor. Termination notice will be posted on drsimi.com at least five (5) business days in advance. The Promotion is offered exclusively through drsimi.com for online purchases shipped within the United States.

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal regulations, including those relating to consumer protection, e-commerce, and promotional advertising.

1. Promotion Details

This campaign invites customers to enjoy Dr. Simi’s Mix & Match 3×2 (Free Product) offer, designed to provide added value and flexibility across selected product categories. Under this Promotion, customers may purchase any two (2) eligible products available on drsimi.com and receive one (1) complimentary product from the designated list of participating dietary supplements included in Exhibit A.

The complimentary item shall be the one of lowest regular price among the three (3) qualifying products, provided it appears in Exhibit A. Once the three qualifying products are added to the online shopping cart, the designated free item is automatically provided at no cost. No coupon code or additional action is required beyond adding the items to the cart.

All eligible items are clearly marked on the drsimi.com website and identified as part of the “Mix & Match 3×2” Promotion. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

2. Eligibility

This offer is open to customers who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of purchase. Participation is limited to individual consumers and does not extend to wholesalers, distributors, or resellers. The offer is valid only during the designated promotional period or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Purchases must be made directly at drsimi.com. Each customer may redeem up to 30 pieces per transaction, ensuring fair access to all consumers.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, cancel an order, or deny participation if irregularities are detected — including but not limited to fraudulent behavior, abusive purchasing patterns, automated purchasing bots, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the Promotion.

3. Conditions

This promotional offer may not be combined with any other discount, coupon, loyalty benefit, or marketing incentive.

The complimentary product provided as part of the Mix & Match 3×2 (Free Product) Promotion has no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or substituted for another item.

The free product must be selected from the designated list of participating supplements and must appear within the same order that includes the two paid items. If one or both of the purchased items are returned, the complimentary product must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from any applicable refund or credit issued.

Availability may vary depending on inventory and logistics. The Sponsor makes every effort to keep eligible products in stock throughout the promotional period but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, in whole or in part, due to operational circumstances, stock limitations, system outages, cybersecurity incidents, or external factors such as regulatory changes, force majeure events, or disruptions in the supply chain. Any such modifications will take effect immediately and without prior notice but will not affect customers who have already completed qualifying purchases.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit any statutory consumer rights under applicable U.S. federal or Texas law.

Images or product representations used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely reflect the actual packaging or configuration of the items offered.

4. Disclaimer

This Promotion is intended strictly for retail consumer purchases. Products obtained under this offer are not for resale or redistribution, and the Sponsor reserves the right to take appropriate legal or commercial action if misuse is detected.

5. Governing Law

This Promotion and any related disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal regulations, particularly those concerning advertising practices, consumer protection, e-commerce, and promotional integrity.

Any dispute or claim arising in connection with this campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Harris County, Texas, except where otherwise required by consumer protection law.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Harris County, Texas before pursuing litigation. If mediation is unsuccessful, any action shall be brought before the competent courts of Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
